Player use is fine, Ally/buddy use will require a Destiny flip from now on and will count as the player Destiny use in a thread.

I like the concept but it's busted, similar Talents will be held to the same standard.

Goes into effect as of now, rolls before now are fine.Day 4, but if you have rolled it then don't do so again.
